Home Emergency Cover plans are designed to get an engineer to attend your emergency as
soon as possible. We cover your home for multiple emergencies - whether your central heating decides to pack up on a cold winter’s night,
or a serious water leak threatens to cause water damage to your home.
Our cover takes the hassle out of you finding a reputable and skilled tradesman during your emergency. With our cover all you need to do is simply call our 24hr claim line and our representative will arrange everything for you! We’ll also keep you informed every step of the way, until your home emergency is resolved.
Whilst we always strive to deliver you maximum benefit at the lowest price, you must know that some circumstances or events are not covered by us. Our terms and conditions clearly explain what incidents we will not be able to pay out on so please read them carefully.
What is not covered There are certain conditions and exclusions, which limit your cover, please read them carefully to ensure this policy meets your requirements. We do not wish you to discover after an incident has occurred that it is not insured. To assist you in understanding the main limitations of the cover provided, we have detailed these under the “Cover provided” section of your policy.
Rented and let properties, commercial & business premises, mobile homes and bed-sits are not covered.
The waiting period - please also note that any incident which occurs in the first 14 days after the policy commencement date is not covered.
However, should you require emergency assistance during this period please contact the Helpline who will be able to provide cover on a pay on use basis.
